Sneaker Recycling:
The St. James Pickleball Association offers an outlet for used sneakers through their Got Sneakers Campaign. For the third year in a row, the GotSneakers campaign was a huge success. An amazing team of volunteers, from both SJPA and SJTA, collected 1,374 pairs of sneakers, packed them in 95 bags, and brought them to FedEx for shipping during the month of September. Thanks to everyone who contributed to this event. Reusable sneakers are sanitized and shipped to needy areas around the world. Those that cannot be reused are recycled and kept out of our landfills. And we raised money for a great cause, W.A.V.E.S. for Kids. Start saving those sneakers now for next year's campaign!stjamespickleballassociation@gmail.com
